Who is responsible
This site is operated by Loan Daddy LLC under the DSCR Loans Illinois brand. References to “we” mean Loan Daddy LLC. DSCR Loans Illinois is a Loan Daddy LLC brand, NMLS 2827624.
What we collect
Information you submit. When you use the application form or the short form on the home page, we collect the name, email address, phone number, property state, occupancy answer, loan purpose, property type, estimated value, loan amount and any message you write. We also record the date and content version of the consent you give.
Attribution information. If you arrive from a campaign link, we record the campaign parameters in the URL (source, medium, campaign, term, content), any click identifiers present in the URL, the landing page address and the referring page. We store the first set of these values in your browser's session storage so that a later submission in the same session carries the original attribution. This storage clears when you close the tab.
Technical information. Our hosting and infrastructure providers process standard request data — IP address, user agent, timestamps — to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. When you submit a form, the IP address of the request is passed along with your inquiry to our lead-routing system so it can screen for fraud and abuse. We do not run advertising trackers on this site, and we do not set cookies for advertising.
The calculator. The DSCR calculator runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter are not transmitted to us and are not stored.
Why we use it
- To respond to your request and evaluate a potential loan
- To route the inquiry to the appropriate person or system for follow-up
- To document the consent you gave for contact
- To understand which pages and campaigns produce inquiries, in aggregate
- To meet legal, regulatory and recordkeeping obligations
Who we share it with
Service providers. We use a customer relationship management platform, a database and a lead-routing system operated on our behalf to store and act on inquiries. These providers process the information to deliver those services.
Wholesale lenders. If your inquiry progresses toward an application, we share the property and borrower information that a lender needs in order to evaluate and price the loan. That sharing happens after a conversation, not automatically at submission.
Legal and compliance. We may disclose information where required by law, subpoena or regulatory request, or to protect the rights and safety of the company, its clients or others.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertising networks for cross-site behavioral advertising.
Consent and communications
The application form asks for your consent to be contacted by email, phone or text about your request. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out of texts, or tell us on any call or email that you no longer wish to be contacted, and we will honor it. Opting out of marketing contact does not remove records we are required to keep.
Retention
We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to evaluate and service the request and to satisfy recordkeeping obligations. Records tied to an application or a closed loan are retained according to the requirements that apply to the transaction.
Security
Information is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in systems with access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security; we can tell you that access to inquiry data is limited to people and systems that need it.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to stop contacting you. Send the request through the contact form with enough detail for us to locate your record. Some requests may be limited by recordkeeping requirements.
Children
This site is for business-purpose lending and is not directed to anyone under eighteen. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the revised version will be posted here with a new date. The current version governs use of the site.
